Rental and Lease-Purchase
Programs
We provide homes for rent or purchase to low and moderate
income families. A growing force in affordable housing,
our partnerships continue to create more housing opportunities
than ever before.. As a side benefit, we create nicer
communities. By filling empty houses where there we once
drug dealers, for instance, we restore communities.

Homeownership Program
In the Spring of 1990, we launched our homeownership
program. Over the past decade, dozens of low and
moderate income families have purchased homes. We buy
houses, and sometimes build new ones, working with prospective
owners not only in rehabbing, but also in finding the most
affordable mortgage. We truly enable families to realize
the "American Dream".
Budget and Mortgage Counseling
We help families "get off on the right foot" by
helping them to establish a budget and by providing credit and
mortgage counseling to allow them to become independent,
self-sufficient, prospering members of their community. We
also monitor these families and assist them when necessary after
home occupancy.
Furniture Collection and Distribution
In 1992, we dedicated our furniture collection and
distribution warehouse effort to helping families in our
rental and homeownership programs, and others referred to us
by community agencies, to get the items they need to begin
living in their new homes. Through project "Fresh
Start", we collect, store, and distribute items free of
charge to hundreds of families throughout the year.
